Our investment funds
Sandon Capital is an activist investor, endeavouring to unlock value in undervalued companies by taking a proactive and hands on approach to improving the corporate governance, capital management and strategic direction of investee companies.
We provide investment management services to managed funds and corporate clients, including those mentioned on this website, both listed and unlisted, Australian and offshore:
- the Sandon Capital Activist Fund, an unlisted unit trust for Australian-resident wholesale investors which requires a minimum initial investment of $250,000
- the Sandon Capital Investments Limited, a listed investment company (ASX:SNC), the shares of which can be purchased on the Australian Securities Exchange
- the Sandon Capital Offshore Master Fund, a fund incorporated in the Cayman Islands allowing offshore (non-Australian resident) wholesale investors to invest in such a fund managed by Sandon Capital.
