As the founder of Sandon Capital, Gabriel Radzyminski has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 12 years. He has significant investment experience across a range of asset classes.

Prior to founding Sandon Capital, Gabriel held portfolio and overall management responsibilities for Specialised Private Capital Ltd, a boutique funds management business which at the time had $150 million of funds under management.

Gabriel has worked through a number of business and investment cycles and has experience analysing and managing investments across a number of asset classes.

Gabriel began his career working for First State Fund Managers (now Colonial First State). He worked as an investment analyst for Godfrey Pembroke, was co-head of research at Berkley Group, and prior to founding Sandon Capital, was Head of Private Capital at Centric Wealth. He was a director of Centric Wealth Ltd from 2005-2007, a director of Specialised Private Capital Ltd from 2005-2008, a director of Berkley Group Holdings Ltd and a director of Residential-Plus Growth Company Ltd from 2004-2008.

Gabriel serves as Chairman of Armidale Investment Company Limited (ASX:AIK) and is a non-executive director of Mercantile Investment Company Limited (ASX:MVT) and RHG Limited (ASX:RHG).

Gabriel has a BA(Hons) and MCom from the University of New South Wales.

Paul has 40 years experience in the Australian Securities industry. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul's early career in the Securities Markets Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia gave him a wide view of the securities industry in Australia and prepared him for the variety of roles during his career.

He has held senior investment positions in a variety of fund management firms, including Mercantile Mutual (now ING) and Legal & General Life. He was a Director and Head of Asset Allocation and Risk Management at First State Fund Managers (now part of Colonial First State).

He has recently served as a non executive director of an ASX listed infrastructure manager, a regional bank's responsible entity and superannuation trustee boards and held executive directorships of fund managers dating back to 1986. Paul is an external member of boards, investment committees and compliance committees for a variety of financial institutions.

Robin has a wealth of investment experience spanning 30 years, including 10 years in funds management and 20 years in institutional stockbroking. He has previously held senior positions with Deutsche Bank, Bain & Co. and the Rothschild Group in Australia.

Robin commenced his career as an equity analyst with the Bank of NSW Investment Management (now Westpac).

Robin is non-executive Chairman of Denning Pryce, a boutique funds management firm.
