Sandon Capital Activist Fund

The Sandon Capital Activist Fund was established in September 2009. This fund pursues a strategy of active engagement with management of the entities in which the Fund invests and other stakeholders with the aim of unlocking unrealised value.

The fund invests in opportunities that are considered by Sandon Capital to be trading below their intrinsic values and that offer the potential of being positively influenced by Sandon Capital. This involves taking an active role in proposing changes in the areas of corporate governance, capital management, strategic and operational issues, management arrangements and other related activities.
